Return policy is strictly enforced. Restocking fees may apply at the seller's discretion.
- You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date. In addition to this policy, all items must be new, unworn, tags attached and in the original packaging as in which they were sent. This is a requirement for a full refund and or a partial refund. A restocking fee may be applied at seller discretion.
- You can return unused, unopened beauty and personal care items up to 30 days after the delivery date. All items must be new, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging as in which they were sent. This is a requirement for a full refund and or a partial refund. No exceptions! A restocking fee may be applied at seller discretion.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, your refund will be issued within 24-48 hours of receipt plus your financial source's processing times.
- As a reminder, you have up to 30 days after the delivery date to return and no exceptions will be made after this time period.
- If you return an item damaged, materially different, or in a USED condition a full refund will not be granted. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
